Service Description
RPR® RESETS THE BODY OUT OF SURVIVAL MODE AND INTO PERFORMANCE MODE Your body has two priorities: to breathe and to move. To perform at our best, we need to do both properly. In a world of constant stress, our bodies find a way to meet those priorities by creating harmful compensation patterns. Compensation patterns are the main cause of non contact injuries in sport as well as every day aches and pains that limit performance. Using the RPR® wake up drills™, you can shift your own body out of these patterns and reduce pain, increase flexibility and help your body become more resilient to injury. This service includes: -Overview and Education on RPR Reset Drills (About 30 Minutes) -RPR Reset Drill Chart so you can perform them on your own! -Before and after testing demonstrating the immediate impacts that RPR has on your body!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of session can be allowed up to 3 hours before session start time. After 3 hours, you will be charged for that session with no refund available.
